KT Lusso currently ships Australia wide.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping options are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

KT Lusso is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, public holidays, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items are purchased in advance and will ship once they arrive at our warehouse. Any estimated arrival dates provided are an approximation and may be subject to change due to supplier or transit delays.

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your pre‑order. By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated timeframes and the possibility of delays.
