KT Lusso products are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We also offer a 3-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.
